Dave has practiced business and corporate law since beginning his law career in 1978. He has worked extensively with privately held businesses, their owners, and families in the full range of business issues, including corporate governance, contract negotiation and drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. His clients include manufacturers, fabricators, software developers, IT consultants, real estate investors, and research and development companies.
Dave received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law.
Dave has served with many charitable organizations including Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Josh Cares, the Notre Dame Club of Greater Cincinnati, and various activities in his Parish.
Dave and his wife, BeBe, have three grown children and look forward to grandchildren! Dave enjoys bicycling and fly fishing and spends his autumn afternoons watching college football, often while in the kitchen making pizza.
