Steven Swick represents individuals, developers, operating companies, and lenders in various real estate matters including acquisitions, sales, and leasing of multi-family, retail, office, and industrial sites, financing, and commercial and residential development. Steven is a licensed Ohio title agent and serves as a title agent in Kentucky. Steven manages the day-to-day operations of SSP’s related title company, Hyde Park Title Agency, LLC.

With his insight into real estate and related businesses, Steven focuses on bringing real-world solutions to the table while ensuring the integrity of each transaction. His ability to provide title insurance adds efficiency to any real estate transaction by allowing him to push the deal towards closing. Steven prides himself in understanding his clients’ goals no matter the deal size and collaborates with clients to determine the most economical and practical approach.
