Andrea Neuwirth is an associate in the law firm of Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson where she concentrates in business law and commercial litigation. She assists business clients with general legal matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, acquisitions, and drafting and negotiating contracts including buy-sell and employment agreements.
Working with SSP’s litigation practice area, Andrea provides strategic counsel to businesses and individuals. No matter the case, Andrea focuses on the efficient and practical resolution that best serves her client’s interests. Prior to joining SPP, Andrea worked in the civil division of the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office where she represented various County entities and elected officials.
Andrea is a 2013 graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Law. She also earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Ohio State University in 2009.
Andrea is an avid fan of Rocky Balboa, local dining, and all things patriotic. Andrea and her husband grew up together in Cincinnati and now live with their son in Hyde Park.
