Andrea Neuwirth is an associate in the law firm of Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson where she concentrates in business and corporate law. She assists clients with entity formation, purchase and sale of businesses, corporate governance, and general legal matters including drafting and negotiating all manner of contracts. Growing up in a family business sparked Andrea’s passion for assisting closely held companies through intergenerational transfers and/or third party transactions. No matter the task, Andrea is a focused advocate, facilitator, and partner for her clients.
Prior to joining SPP, Andrea worked in the civil division of the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office where she represented various County entities and elected officials.
Andrea is an avid fan of Rocky Balboa, local dining, and all things patriotic. Andrea and her husband Mike grew up together in Cincinnati and now live in Hyde Park with their two sons, Truman and Warren.
Andrea is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of
UpSpring, a local nonprofit seeking to uplift children experiencing
homelessness through offering access to educational opportunities.
