Jeff Stagnaro is a shareholder in the law firm of Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson, where his practice is focused on business, real estate, estate planning and probate. The vast majority of Jeff’s clients consist of entrepreneurs and business owners—ranging from startups to privately/family-owned businesses with several hundred employees.

As general counsel to many of his clients, Jeff serves, not just as a lawyer, but as a strategic advisor. They rely on him for the kind of unfiltered advice they might not otherwise get, even from their own management team. Jeff regularly advises business owners on a wide variety of business matters, helping them see their business "from 50,000 feet up." Jeff's clients appreciate his directness, his experience in a wide range of circumstances and his practical, business-oriented approach.

Jeff is also a frequent lecturer on estate planning and probate topics, as these relate to family businesses and real estate entrepreneurs.

Jeff is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. He is married with ten children and enjoys coaching youth athletics, camping, fishing, football, basketball and golf. Jeff regularly leads ministry teams on short-term mission trips to Guatemala.
